Privacy Policy

LandlordViva ("the app") is built around a simple principle: the rental property data you enter — your properties, units, tenants, leases, payments, expenses, and any tenant photos you choose to add — belongs to you, and stays on your device.
What data the app stores, and where
LandlordViva stores all of the information you enter directly on your device, using on-device storage. This includes property and unit details, tenant contact information, lease terms, payment and expense records, reminders, maintenance logs, and any tenant photos you optionally upload. The app does not require an internet connection to function, and does not require you to create an account.
No cloud sync, by default
We do not operate a server that receives a copy of your property or tenant data. Your data is not synced to the cloud, and it is not shared with, or sold to, any third party by us. If you export a PDF, back up your data, or share information from the app, that sharing happens because you chose to do it — not automatically.
Backup and restore
LandlordViva includes a backup and restore feature so you can save a copy of your data and move it to a new device. Backups are created at your request and are your responsibility to store securely, since we do not host or have access to your backup files.
Tenant photos
Tenant photo upload is optional. If you choose to add a tenant photo, it is stored on your device the same way as the rest of your tenant data, and is included in backups you create.
Your responsibilities
Because tenant and lease information can be sensitive, please keep your device secured (for example, with a passcode or biometric lock) and take care when sharing exported PDFs or backup files, since you are in control of where that data goes once it leaves the app.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this same address.
