These terms apply when you download and use LandlordViva ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app is provided as-is
LandlordViva is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times, and we're not liable for losses arising from its use.
You're responsible for your data
Because LandlordViva stores data on your device rather than in the cloud, you are responsible for your device's security and for using the app's backup feature if you want a copy of your data preserved. We are not able to recover data that is lost due to a lost, damaged, reset, or replaced device if no backup was made.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful property management purposes, and not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app outside of the official app store listing.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the current terms, which will always be available at this address.
